- Zoom in on selection: Drag cursor across desired selection and release cursor, the graph will auto-zoom to your selection. - The selection will show it's own interval data on the interval table below the graph as Selected - To reset the graph, use the reset button next to zoom
- Hide/show intervals: Click the box in the "Show" column to show or hide intervals from the ride graph. This will not remove the data from the graph, but remove the interval marker from the graph.
- Include/exclude zeros: Click the drop down menu on the interval table to choose to include or exclude zero values in the ride/lap summary data
- Choose color: Change the color used for each data type on the ride graph
Hide/show metrics: Click directly on the name of the metric below the graph to hide or show it on the ride graph.
Customizing the Graph
Several options are available for customizing the view of the ride graph and can be found by clicking the icon.
- Smoothing: By default, 1 second view (no smoothing) is selected. By changing this view, the ride graph will update to display a rolling average for the duration selected. By inputting 3 seconds, for example, the data will be less spiky and trends may be easier to view.
- X-Axis display: The X-Axis can be toggled between time of day, elapsed time, or distance.
- Show combined axis: This option switches from the dual axis view and combines all metrics on to one y-axis
- Show detailed intervals: Shows a summary of metrics from each interval across the graph. When disabled, only the interval number will be displayed, but the details will remain in the interval table below the workout.
- Show peak powers: Adds a table of peak power durations below the interval table. When the check mark is selected to the right of the peak power duration, the selected peak power will be highlighted on the ride graph.
- Show timer events: Adds a vertical line for timer events from the workout description. A green line marks the start of each effort and a red line marks the stop.
Reference lines: Click on the reference lines tab to add a reference line to the graph. Choose which channel/metric to use, a label, value, and color for the lie.
- E.g.: To see how your ride intensity compares to your threshold, add a power or heart rate reference line with your threshold set as the value
Creating or Editing Intervals
If you weren't able to use the lap timer on your head unit to mark the beginning and end of intervals or need to modify the existing intervals, use these options to create, modify, or add notes to the intervals you performed within a workout.
- Create an interval: Select a range of the graph using your cursor (drag and release cursor, just like the "zoom" function detailed above". Once you have the desired range selected, click on the to create an interval. Use the dialog box to set a name, segment type, color, and description or notes for the interval.
- Edit the interval length: Use the edit icon on the interval table to edit the interval name, start time, and stop time.
- Add interval notes: Click on the name of the interval to update the name, type, color, or to add notes.
Editing Bad Data Points or Spikes
If there is an error in your ride data or you would like to remove a channel of data from the ride graph, use the edit icon to make changes.

Creating a Comparison Graph / Multi-file or Multi-interval graph
Individual users and coaches have the option to compare / overlay multiple intervals across multiple ride files and riders. This is a great way to compare historical efforts or compare different coached athletes doing the same workouts.
- Click on the ride overlay button,
- Select rider (just yourself if you are not a coach)
- Select time period
- Select ride(s)
- Select period/files
- Select the boxes next to the intervals you'd like to compare
- Select the button below the interval table
Splitting a File
If your ride file contains data from multiple activities, you are able to split the file into separate activities based on intervals.
- Create intervals for the separate activities using the instructions above
- Click the cut icon and select the interval(s) you would like to move to a new activity.
- Select the interval(s) you would like to make into a new activity
- Update any gear or workout type changes
- Click Split
