The generated training plans will exclusively include bike related workouts to help you work toward your fitness goals. While we do see value in strengthening the body as a whole and including core workouts and targeted strength work in your workout routine, we are unable to safely provide or prescribe these workouts without the ability to monitor athletes in order to help them complete the workouts safely and without injury.
We also acknowledge that core workouts can also help eliminate injuries on the bike by improving posture and stability. We recommend implementing gym workouts into your schedule under the guidance of a strength coach or fitness professional who can help you create a routine that can be performed safely and as a compliment to your on the bike training.
