Generated training plans can be rebuilt at any point in the plan if your availability or goal has changed. To rebuild a plan, simply delete the plan from your calendar under Your Name > Plans, then create a new plan. Only the remaining workouts will be removed and you can rebuild a plan under your new criteria.
