The My Account - Profile page contains body metrics that are used for tracking your training data and generating training plans. Body metrics history will be visible on this page and daily body metrics can be updated via the calendar page, as well as synced with smart scale files. Tracking body weight is specially important for those training with power, as many metrics are calculated based on the ratio of body weight to power output. 

 Key features for this section:
  • Set up initial profile data such as gender, date of birth, height, weight, and unit preference (for height/weight)
  • View body metrics history, with up and down arrows indicating an increase or a decrease in each metric
  • Remove historical body metrics items using the trash can icon on the far right
