The My Account - Email page is used to turn off various automated emails in the system. You can also choose your preference for HTML or plain text emails. Current emails which can be enabled or disabled include:

  • Daily workout - This is an email sent the day before a workout or event. It includes your workout description and intervals, or details on the upcoming event
  • Weekly workout - This is an email sent at the end of your week. It includes summary data about your week's rides and a high level summary of what is coming up for you in the next week
  • News and announcements - These are standard newsletters sent from Stages Link and are a great way to stay informed of the latest features and functionality
  • Plan ready-set-go - These are a set of emails which are sent at various times leading up to a new plan. The content of these mails reminds you what to do in preparation for completing your plan. If you are a coached athlete, your coach can customize the contents of these emails
  • Event ready-set-go - These are a set of emails which are sent at various times leading up to an event. The content of these mails reminds you what to do in preparation for your event. If you are a coached athlete, your coach can customise the contents of these emails
  • Missed workout - These are reminder emails which are sent if you have scheduled workouts in your calendar, but you have not been logging data or marking the sessions as completed
  • File upload error - These are emails sent when a data upload fails. If you are doing a bulk data import of historical data files, you may want to turn this off
