- Plan description: The plan description is written by the coach who created the plan and gives you a summary of what the plan will accomplish and who the plan will work best for
- Start Date: Choose the date in which you'd like this plan to begin
- Duration: # of weeks this plan covers
- Time: Range of hours per week that will be required for training
- Goal: Plans can be targeted at specific events, fitness, skill, or weight loss
- Suitable phase: The phase of your training that this plan will fit into best
- Week and T-score: The total time duration and T-score prescribed for each week of the plan
