You can retrieve your data stored on Stages Link by following these steps:
- Log in to your Stages Link account and select your name in the top right corner.
- Select ‘Account’ from the dropdown menu.
- Select the download icon in the top right corner.
- Select ‘Activity files’. Other types of data can be retrieved by selecting any of the other categories.
- You will be sent an email with a link to download your files. This email will also be available from the inbox within the website.
This link is only valid for 7 days. If the link has expired, you can request the Activity Files again. To download any other user data, select from the list of categories to export.
